Together with YoungDogs, the Dutch police released a brief that basically asked to come up with an employer campaign for the lesser known career fields the police offers, such as IT, Finance, HR and Intelligence. They are now fighting for talent with companies like Google.
We created an interactive campaign around the 1993 classic song “Sound of da Police” by KRS-one, which contains the famous lyric “Woop Woop, It’s the Sound of da Police”. We all know the sirens of the police, but what other sounds do they have to offer?
The target audience for this campaign are young people, who are still deciding about their career paths. Where can we find them? On rapidly growing social app TikTok.
